If you're thinking of preparing an occupied and "lived-in" home and feeling overwhelmed with all the decisions to prepare it for the market, look no further! With our recommendation consultations, we do a room by room walkthrough of the property with the current homeowner. Photos, measurements, and observations of the interior and exterior of the property are conducted. A hard copy or emailed list of the property’s recommendations is given to the client indicating:

• What items need to be packed up

• What items are left unpacked to use in staging the home

• De-personalizing the space

• Any aesthetic, sale-breaking updates, or renovation changes are presented to the homeowner for maximum equity gain

 

Price for 1 hour Consultation - $165 + gst
