RECOMMENDATION CONSULTATION
Preparing an Occupied & 'Lived-In' Home can oftentimes be difficult to prepare for the Market. With our Recommendation consultations, we do a room-by-room walk-through of the property with the current homeowner. Photos, measurements, & observations are made of the exterior & interior of the property. A hard copy or emailed list of the property’s recommendations is given to the client indicating:

What items are left unpacked to use in staging the home

De-personalizing the space

Any aesthetic or sale-breaking updates or renovation changes to maximum equity gain
Price for 1 hour Consultation - $135 + gst
STAGING
Home Staging is the final smart investment into your current home! The formula for a successful sale is having the property staged. This service includes renting from Aimee Lauren Interiors custom furniture, decor, area rugs, pillows, etc. to add a fresh look & maximize visual space for the clients and potential buyers!

This is your Quick Start Design Consultation!
Over the years, we have recognized our clients' need to have a check list for shopping with dimensions and an overall visual for the finished look! We visit your home, tour the 1 room you are wanting to redecorate, take dimensions & talk about overall functionality and style concepts. An email follow up presentation will later be sent to you with your design concepts.
The Mood Board Consultation Consists of:
- One 1 hour In-Home Consultation
- A 2D Digital Floor Plan with Dimensions
- A Concept Mood Board with Selected Items
